Leadership in Tough Times

In these uncertain times we follow those who....

..are calm in the face of turbulence (Calmness)

..can listen, discern and act (Listening)

..are measured in their response, never erratic (Measured)

..are resilient and unwavering under pressure (Resilient).

With these 4 traits under control we can then unleash power of no. 5 - VISION.

A leader who demonstrates the first 4 traits and then delivers no. 5 will receive trust, belief, attention and engaged followers.
